WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?
I started in May 2016. My husband was telling me to try it and I needed to find something to get my fitness back on track after having Henry. At the Y I just felt lost on what do and didn’t push myself. I fell in love with CrossFit and never looked back!!
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WORKING OUT AND WHY DO YOU CONTINUE?
I love pushing myself and feeling so proud afterwards, the mental break and “me” time it gives me during the day, feeling stronger and accomplishing movements/weights I couldn’t before and to be a good example for my kids.
HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS OR YOUR ACTIVE LIVE IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?
I feel like I have a lot more energy and it feels good :) Grateful for all the friendships we have made through the gym.
