Why did you start CrossFitting?
I started at 563 because Taylor, my sister was attending. I had seen the changes & improvements she had in her life and fitness journey and I wanted similar results. Thanks sis!!
What do you love most about working out and why do you continue to do it?
I enjoy working out because it is a good stress reliever. It is an hour out of my day that is dedicated to improving myself!
How has CrossFit impacted your life beyond inside the gym?
I feel better on a daily basis from working out and it has helped me develop better nutritional habits too.
If you NEVER had to do an exercise movement again, what would it be?
Tell us a little bit about your self, your hobbies, and goals.
I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends! I also love developing relationships with my clients and improving their self - image! Shout out to all my amazing clients!

I love the community we have at our gym!!
