WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?
Because my wife told me I should start crossfit. She said I'd like it.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WORKING OUT AND WHY DO YOU CONTINUE?
I like not getting fat (unless it's COVID quarantine) Also it keeps me in a routine.
HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS OR YOUR ACTIVE LIVE IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?
Pretty much all our friends that we hang out with in the QC are those whom we've met through Crossfit.
We've made a ton of connections that have helped us along the way.

The outside of the gym community and activities. Additionally, it's much easier to fitness with friends than alone.
