WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?

I started CrossFitting back in 2015 because all of my friends were. It gave us all an opportunity to hang out.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WORKING OUT AND WHY DO YOU CONTINUE?

I love the feeling of accomplishment after a hard WOD. Knowing you challenged yourself not only physically, but mentally is an amazing feeling. I believe makes you a better person.

HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS OR YOUR ACTIVE LIVE IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?

I think CrossFit has a lot of principles you can carry over to the real world. Sometimes in life you have to do something you don’t want to do, that’s when you put your head down and take it one rep at a time.

IF YOU NEVER HAD TO DO ONE EXERCISE MOVEMENT AGAIN, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Without question, overhead squats.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT BEING PART OF OUR FITFAM?

I love the competition. The same people that want to beat you are the same people that cheer you on. Long live 6:15.
