I am a mom of 3 that includes Nolan (5), Aubrey (3), and Jack (10 months). I love running, hiking, and being on or around the water. I also really like drinking wine but didn’t know if I should put that on here. (
WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?
I started cross fitting because I just needed a change. I have always been active between sports, running, and fitness classes but wanted to do something different.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WORKING OUT AND WHY DO YOU CONTINUE?
I love the camaraderie and how I feel after a workout. It wakes me up and helps me get ready for the day.
HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS OR YOUR ACTIVE LIVE IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?
Crossfit has made me stronger both mentally and physically.
IF YOU NEVER HAD TO DO ONE EXERCISE MOVEMENT AGAIN, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
There’s so many it’s hard to choose. I think the top one is push ups.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT BEING PART OF OUR FITFAM?
The people at the gym keep me going. I love the push and the encouragement they give. Also, all the laughs. It makes working out at 5 am fun!
