It's a perfect stress reliever, and energy outlet. It's also the closest form of exercise similar to competitive gymnastics I can find.

I was a competitive gymnast from the age of 7 and continued competing up through the NCAA division I level at the University of Iowa. Gymnastics has been a love of mine as long as I can remember and I thoroughly enjoy teaching specialty gymnastics clinics.
