WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?
I started CrossFit because I needed something that was going to challenge and push me to do things I wouldn’t typically do.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WORKING OUT AND WHY DO YOU CONTINUE?
Since joining LiveActive in 2020 I have developed many friendships within the gym. I think we can all agree that we have the best coaches & members that complete our FitFam
. I continue to be inspired each day by our coaches and members!
HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS OR YOUR ACTIVE LIFE IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?
Working out keeps me strong both physically and mentally. It’s an hour that I can focus on myself - Best.Hour.Of.The.Day! Showing and teaching my kids the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle.
