After highschool joined the Army, started college after my honorable discharge at southern Illinois University, bout ready to retire from my current job. Yes, I had some struggles before my current job. I enjoy working with wood and fitness related hobbies. I support the NRA. Life aspirations are educating my kids about fitness, education, common sense survival.
WHY DID YOU START CROSSFITTING OR FITNESSING?
Was kinda a big deal my senior year in high school as a full back and outside linebacker-lol. I have not stopped fitnessing and won't stop either. Working out is my serenity, feel good time.
HOW HAS YOUR FITNESS OR YOUR ACTIVE LIVE IMPACTED YOUR LIFE BEYOND INSIDE OF THE GYM?
I do believe fitness totally balances the whole mind, body, spirit approach as a healthy human and humbling thy self. Puts the pep in the step!
IF YOU NEVER HAD TO DO ONE EXERCISE MOVEMENT AGAIN, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I could do without the burpee.
